Hospital Policies

APPOINTMENTS:

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Regular appointment hours are Monday-Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. Please call (605) 347-4436 to make an appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please consider that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. Our time is very valuable which is why we ask that you kindly give us 24 hrs notice if you are unable to keep an appointment.

When scheduling an appointment from a referring veterinarian, please inform the receptionist of any x-rays or other diagnostics that may be a useful reference. Arrangements may be made to have them sent to the veterinarian for reviewing before the appointment date.

PAYMENTS:

Payment is expected at time of service.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks. Convenient financing is also available through an independent company, CareCredit. For more CareCredit information, click on the CareCredit link at the bottom of this page or ask our receptionists.
